How the platform supports your obligations under the Privacy Act and APPs.
What the platform provides towards your privacy obligations:
- Access— a full export of your company's data as JSON
- Erasure — a customer record can be anonymised, removing their personal details while leaving the trading history intact
- Deletion — the whole account can be permanently deleted
- Minimisation — phone numbers are masked in logs, and secrets are never returned once stored
- Accountability — exports and sign-ins are recorded in the audit trail
Terms acceptance is recorded with the version accepted, when, and from which address.
