Your public page
What the page is, what lives on it, and how a customer gets to it.
Your public page is a small website of your own, hosted for you. It carries your shop name and logo, where your shops are, when you are open, and the two buttons customers most often want: book a repair and track my repair.
It lives at a short address you choose — something like repairtree.app/at/your-shop. Short on purpose: these addresses get sent in text messages, where every character counts.

Setting it up
Everything is in one place: Settings → Company Profile → Your Public Page. It is admin only— it hands out a public web address in your shop's name and decides whether the public can look up repair tickets.
Start at Claim your web address.
Until you pick an address and press Save, there is no page — the address simply does not exist, and nothing about your shop is reachable this way. Opening the settings panel to have a look does not claim anything.
