Audiences and segments

Building a send list from real trading data and saving it for reuse.

An audience is a saved segment of customers. Audiences are created, listed, edited and deleted from Marketing, and a campaign picks one to send to.

A campaign that references an audience which no longer exists is rejected with an error naming the missing segment. It does not fall back to sending to everybody.
