Marketing overview
The campaign lifecycle from audience to send to measured return.
A campaign has a channel — email or SMS — an audience, and content. It moves through three states:
| Status | Means |
|---|---|
| draft | Saved, not scheduled, not sent |
| scheduled | Queued to go out at a set time |
| sent | Delivered |
Campaigns can be filtered by channel and by status, and the module shows how many sit in each state.
