Held sales

A held sale parks the current cart so the counter is free for the next customer. Held sales are listed per store, most recent first, and each one can carry a label so it is identifiable — a customer name works well.

A held sale records which staff member parked it. Removing one deletes it; it does not complete a sale.

The access matrix lists pos.hold, which plain staff hold by default. It is not enforced at the API today.
