Reading on-hand, allocated and available quantities across every location.

Stock Levels lists what is on hand for the store you are working in. Quantities are held per store, so switching stores changes the numbers, not the catalogue.

Nothing on this screen changes a quantity. Stock only moves through a sale, a refund, an adjustment, a stocktake or a transfer — each of which leaves a record. See Activity log.
