Wishlist

A wishlist is a stock request from one store to another — in practice, a shop asking head office to send it goods. It is not a list of things customers have asked for.

A store builds a wishlist from the product catalogue and raises it against the receiving store. That store sees it in its incoming list and works through it. Because a wishlist is raised against a store other than your own, it is deliberately allowed to cross store boundaries.

For an item brought in for one particular customer or repair, use a special order instead.
