Add your stores

Creating store locations, setting the head office, and what data is scoped per store.

A company owns one or more stores. Signing up creates the first one. What is held per store rather than per company:

  • Stock quantities
  • Registers and till sessions
  • Receipt settings
  • Sales and repair tickets

Products, customers and staff are company-wide, so a customer built at one shop is found at another.

Store count is capped by plan

Free and Growth allow one store. Multi Store allows five by default.

Who can see which store

Staff are restricted to the locations they are assigned to, on reads as well as writes. Owners and admins reach every shop.
