Introduction
What the platform does, which modules exist, and how the pieces fit together.
The platform is a single web application that runs a repair or retail business end to end. You sign in once and work from one shell; the sidebar switches between modules, and every module reads and writes the same customer, product and stock records.
The modules
Eight working modules plus Settings, in the order they appear in the sidebar:
| Module | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Dashboard | Trading performance at a glance |
| Point of Sale | Counter sales, tenders, refunds, registers |
| Invoicing | Invoices, credit notes, payment tracking |
| CRM | Customer records and history |
| Marketing | Email and SMS campaigns, plus social scheduling |
| Inventory | Products, stock, stocktakes, transfers |
| Repairs | Repair tickets from intake to pickup |
| Reporting | Reports, the AI report and COGS |
| Settings | Company, staff, stores, integrations, admin |
Social scheduling is not a separate module — it is a tab inside Marketing.
What is available on each plan
Some modules are gated by subscription tier rather than by role. Marketing and social scheduling are off on the Free plan; the AI executive report, AI repair diagnosis and the webshop are Multi Store only. Inventory is available on every plan — the Free limit is the number of products, not the module. See Plan limits for the full table.
One company, one or more stores
Your account is a company. A company owns one or more stores, and each store has its own stock, registers and takings. Staff belong to a store and can be given access to others. Signing up creates the company, its first store, a register called "Register 1", and your own admin staff account in one step.
