Invite your staff
Adding staff accounts, assigning roles and issuing counter PINs.
Each person gets their own account with a name, sign-in email, role and a four-digit counter PIN. Shared logins defeat the audit trail — every sale, refund and override is attributed to whoever authorised it.
Choose the role carefully: staff can sell and look things up; supervisor can refund, discount, override prices and run the register; admin can do everything. See Roles and permissions.
Staff numbers are capped by plan — 2 on Free and Growth, 10 on Multi Store.
