Bringing products, customers, stock and repair prices across from your old system.

Three kinds of data can be brought in from CSV:

  • Customers
  • Inventory — products and stock
  • Repair prices

Download the template for each first — it carries the exact columns the importer expects, which prevents the most common cause of a failed import.

Your repair price list starts empty on purpose, so importing is how it gets built. See Data import.
