Choosing a plan

What each plan includes, the limits that apply, and when to move up a tier.

Start on Free. It is not a trial — there is no card and no expiry — so the question is only whether its limits fit.

Move to Growth when…

  • You take more than 5 sales a day
  • You carry more than 20 products
  • You want marketing, social scheduling or recurring invoices
  • You want the AI report
  • You need more than one register

Move to Multi Store when…

  • You run more than one shop — Free and Growth are capped at one
  • You need more than 2 staff accounts
  • You want the webshop, the AI executive report or AI repair diagnosis
Staff count is the one that surprises people

Growth allows the same 2 staff as Free. If your reason for upgrading is headcount rather than volume, the tier you need is Multi Store. Full table on Plan limits.
