Warranty and rework
Recording warranty terms and raising a rework ticket linked to the original.
A repair can be marked as a warranty repair and linked back to the original ticket it re-does. Both facts are held on the ticket, so a rework is traceable to the job that caused it rather than looking like a new sale.
Australian Consumer Law notices
The platform carries the prescribed ACL text, and records which version of the notice was given and when:

The reg 90 wording is used verbatim, in the correct variant for what you supplied. Warranty duration and claim instructions are yours to set.
